Corporate Headquarters & Water-Cooled Generator Production
Corporate headquarters is also home to a 265,000 square foot manufacturing facility. Completely updated in 1999,
this building houses a wide range of manufacturing equipment, as well as a large engineering lab,
indoor test cells, and outdoor weather testing facilities. Prototype design, testing and production of
water-cooled generators are done at Waukesha. Rotor and stator production is accomplished with winding machines designed
and built in-house, automated varnish systems and a state-of-the-art computer
numerically controlled (CNC) machine shop.

Metal Fabrication & Water-Cooled Genset Final Assembly
Generac's Eagle facility is a 240,000 square foot showcase of its manufacturing capabilities that has earned
ISO 9001 certification for its quality inspection processes. Our heavy-duty double walled
metal base tanks and weather-resistant enclosures are made at Eagle, where skilled workers and
robotic welders combine efforts to ensure top quality components. It also features extensive test
facilities for both gensets and low voltage switchgear, where our equipment undergoes
rigorous test routines to make sure it's worthy of the Generac name.
