We lost our power on Sunday morning At 6 A.M.. We have a residential 8KV generator that is natural gas powered.   I am so happy to have this unit we have a child with a disability and is wheelchair bound and we have a platform lift in the house that is powered by electricity and if it were not for the Generac we would be unable to transport her from one floor to another.  The generator ran constantly for 47 or 48 hours, we couldn't ask for better service from a product.   We have had to use the generator a few times in the past two years but not for extended periods of time.  Your product has provided us with a knowledge that our Generac will be there when we need it..  Thank you for producing such reliable product.
