After the last big storms in which we spent two weeks without electricity and water (our own well pump is electric) I decided to buy a Generac Standby Power Generator from Home Depot. It was the best investment that I have ever made. The power goes out a lot here in Orlando, FL but my 90 year old father and I (100% disabled Army veteran)do not have to worry about it. After two years, our system failed to start for the weekly run. I called Backup Power Service, INC. in Orlando and after explaining what the symtoms, the technichian told me to change the battery and if that didn't work to call him back. He could have charged me a service call and maintenance fee. I got a three year battery and after two years it happened again. I didn't think it was the battery but the technichian from BPS, INC again told me to change the battery and call him back if that was not the problem. That took care of it again. I salute this honest company and it's employees. I have regained my confidence in our fellow men. Thank you from two Army vets.
