Our company is comprised of compassionate, dedicated and agile team members that are always ready to take action to help others impacted by natural disasters. Over the years we have sent hundreds of storm response teams to areas impacted by severe power outages. Sometimes this means our teams travel thousands of miles to Florida, Texas or the Northeast to help. These teams assist industrial and residential dealers on their service calls, bring parts, and deliver products to areas in need.

Once our storm response teams are in place they do not discriminate by brand, instead they service all types of products - knowing that what really matters in times of crisis is that power gets restored. Employees who aren't on service teams also step up to help. Thousands of employees over the years have volunteered to help answer the influx of customer support calls and emails. We are proud of our storm response efforts and of our many employees who help.
