Vary poor quality
I attempted to start multiple times, the On/off button power is labeled with a 0 and I this needs to be corrected as I did not know what I meant!! Then it started smoking really bad, then shut itself off!! Yes I read the manual and had everything set as recommended. I have a 2000psi electric unit and this washer preforms better than the Generac!! which is why I purchased it!! I want to return it!! The soap and yes I used your reccomended type of soap is a joke suds everywhere! used all nozzles and the pressure would not clean dirt from a deck!! after it stopped I could not get the rope to pull it acted stuck!! then after 20 min I was able to start, I do not believe this unit produces 3200 PSI or this unit isa product failure

Lousy, frustrating experience with Generac
Bought the Speedwash 3200 in March 2023. Before using it, I went through the owner's manual to follow the start up instructions. I was confused about what the user manual said about the thermal release valve (couldn't find it on the machine), so I called customer service for guidance. The 800 customer service number folks were of no help. I was able to determine on my own that my machine had a different valve than what the manual was describing. I also asked them about the choke. It seems that the directions seem "backwards" from every choke I've ever used. At the end of that conversation, the cust serv person told me to do "whatever you need to to get it started.' Great! I was able to get it started in March, then in the garage it went until just a few weeks ago. I went to start it again, and on the aedond pull, the cord broke. I thought that the repair would be under warranty. Took it to an authorized repairer , who in turn communicated with Generac. Long story short, Generac refused to repair it under warranty claiming it was a wear and tear issue. Really, after less than 5 pulls? Then I called Generac, and another long story short, there was no one that I could talk to about this issue. I was told to go on line and fill out a form, which I was pretty sure would get sent off into the ether. So there's my frustrating story. I would not buy this machine again, and would urge anyone to think twice before they do.

The Generac 3200 is a GREAT deal on all levels!
I recently owned a Generac 3100 pressure washer, brought it inside each winter, and got 10 years out of it with moderate, residential use. I was literally sad this year when the pump went after my first use this Spring. I returned to Home D., where I'd purchased it back then, but they've switched their brand to Ry-bi. I went through THREE of them, the first 2 with oil leaks out of the box, and the 3rd with a bad pump after 40 minutes of use. I finally got smart and went online to see where I could find another Generac, and boom, there it is on Country Home Products' website, ON SALE, with 3 attachments?! Free shipping? Too good to be true. It shows up 3 days later, quick assembly, and I'm ready to go.
I'm initially skeptical about the included attachments, and literally figured they were throw-ins, until I read a couple of the reviews, so I started with the power roller, and wow. I built my house 10 years ago, and I couldn't believe what I pulled up off the sidewalks and driveway. I was rotating between the power roller and then using the turbo attachment on the edges. One reviewer cited it would be nice to have more jets, and jets located closer to the edges, but overall, these are NOT throw-ins, they are really nice attachments, which only increases the value of this deal. I did my huge driveway in 1/2 the time it would have taken otherwise...and honestly, I never even anticipated DOING the driveway until I saw how easy it was!
The turbo attachment is unbelievable for the edges and anything stubborn, and the soap thrower is as advertised: good soap throw distance, and handy again. The unit itself works just like my previous unit, powerful, started on 1st pull, and a good, efficient design of the washer unit and the frame which houses all your attachments. I'm just a regular homeowner, and I use it probably 10 times a year, but that may be increasing with this great machine. BUY this unit, you'll be happy you did.

Pull Cord Broke After 2nd use
Purchased the Generac Speed Wash 3200 on 07.26.22. Went for the 3rd use today and first pull the pull cord snapped in half.

This product works good
Just let me say my Generac pressure washer works well and I am happy with it. With that being said, I’m disappointed with one of the main features advertised, it’s the electric start.
I’ve had it for a little over a year and used it many times, BUT the electric start only worked once, the first time I used it. I made sure the battery was seated correctly and fully charged. It’s advertised to get about 50 starts on a charge, but only got one.
I also see I’m not the only one with this issue. Is there a remedy for this issue.

Pump is Not As Advertised and Died Sooner than Expected
I used to wash Semi Trucks and I was excited to get my own pressure washer for home use. I bought the 3200PSI, 2.7GPM Model. This is a nice product but the pump went out just shy of 5yrs. (1) It turns out the pump is a 3000PSI, 2.5GPM pump (2) I really expected way more life out of the pump after reading other reviews and only using the washer a couple times a month on average. I also keep up with proper maintenance.
