Irem S.P.A. Makes Significant Light Tower Purchase in Italy

Irem S.P.A., a global contracting leader for oil and gas as well as chemical and petrochemical nuclear and power generation sectors, recently agreed to purchase 20 Linktower ATEX light tower models from Generac Tower Light. New Generators and Light Towers Launched at UK’s Executive Hire Show

In early February, Generac Light Tower and Pramac officially launched two brand new products at the Executive Hire Show in Coventry, UK.

Suitable for various market sectors, especially construction and mining, Generac Tower Light’s new V20 units were unveiled at the show. Designed with a compact shape, multiple engine options and high-efficiency LED lamps that help users save on operational and warehouse costs, these new units also feature wing-shaped doors for easy access to the unit’s interior when maintenance is required. Low-voltage cables also feed the lamps to limit the threat of safety hazards, and an optional darkness sensor allows the unit to start and stop automatically based on available outdoor light levels.

Generac subsidiary Pramac also attended the Executive Hire Show to launch its new Hybrid Series generators. Thanks to integrated lithium batteries, these generators serve as innovative solutions that combine diesel power generation with an energy management and storage system that can increase the autonomy of each product model up to 16 hours of overtime.

As 90 percent of event attendees were from independent hire companies, and representatives from each company were able to interact primarily with a large number of independently owned outlets and senior executives from the procurement and purchasing departments of the top ten national hire operations at the event, presenting these new products at the show provided great exposure for both Generac Tower Light and Pramac in the UK and beyond.

“I wholeheartedly thank Pramac,” said Renzo Colucci, president of the Civic Committee Radici Accumolesi, upon the donation’s delivery. "Thanks to the spontaneous generosity of their company, we can solve problems that may appear irrelevant to bureaucratic organizational structures but actually represent a major concern for those affected by the tragedy of the recent earthquake."
