Our comprehensive factory training program goes far beyond the walls of our Eagle Training Center. Generac-certified technical trainers offer an array of "hands on" instruction throughout the country, making it easy for dealer technicians to learn while attending classes in their area. These courses have been developed by our own training specialists and feature an assortment of Generac-created instructional materials and learning modules, which the technicians retain for future reference.
The centerpiece of our training outreach is the fully-equipped 28-foot Generac Service Trailer, a state-of-the-art learning center on wheels. This mobile service bay carries an assortment of Generac generators of various sizes and types, offering a valuable "hands on" learning experience with functional equipment that complements classroom instruction. This gives technicians the opportunity to learn troubleshooting, diagnostic and repair skills under the watchful eyes of our instructional experts, who test them with a variety of real world challenges.
