Excellent product with super installation
This what we need. generator supercenter of Upstate NY did a GREAT job with the estimates for what we need (costs, discounts, etc.)and a GREAT job doing ALL installations and explaining everything during the installations and after the installations and what we need to do and not do. WELL DONE JOB to Generator Supercenter of Upstate NY in Henrietta NY

Product looks good
Product looks good, but I don’t like how rainwater stands on the cover. I have been going out after a rain to lift the cover to let the water drip off. I hope this doesn’t wear anything out.

Awesome product
This will be our second generator. We had one put in the house we sold, it came in handy a few times. We lost power a few times and it started right up. Since then, we built a new house, way out in the sticks and had the same generator installed. This area is prone to outages. I don't have to worry about losing power with this generator.

Great Backup Power Soutce.
The generator has solved the problem of our frequent multi-day power outages. We live in a very rural area and a portable generator just could not be maintained for 5 to 10+ days.

Just a new owner of this generator but everything about it has been top quality!
The installation and testing of this unit was flawless ... apart from a little hiccup in connecting the wifi, but the technicians soon had that figured out and the wifi tracking/performance monitoring system now works very smoothly. We expect that this unit will deliver all of the reliable service we hope for from it.

Great investment for peace of mind
We just had our generator installed this morning and appears it was just in the nick of time. Our power went out this afternoon and the generator kicked on within seconds! Very happy with this awesome generator and the whole installation process.
