Great Generator and great install
The installation started out complicated but the crew really did a great job installing. They also gave us a great education on how it works and what to look at. It is small enough that it doesn't look bad in our back yard. Not too noisy. Our power went out the day before the generator was installed. Within a month after installation the power went out on Mother's Day for about 4 hours. The generator was great and we enjoyed my day.

Often Has Trouble Starting
Our generator was placed into service on 10/7/2022. Since then, it has often failed to start for its weekly exercise period (on10/11/2022, 2/8/2023, 4/6/2023, 4/10/2023, 4/20/2023 and 5/12/2023 to be specific). It keeps the service technician very busy for a seven-month-old machine.
We have very little confidence that our generator will start if we experience a power outage.

Commending the generator installer electricians
I would like to commend the two electricians who installed our generator, Nick Blakeman and Jake Blakeman, from Great Lakes Electrical Contracting. They arrived on time, worked with the plumber and afterwards with professional efficiency. When the job was done they went through some features and directions and suggestions with my wife and I, and set us up with our wifi and the app to use. They were a pleasure to deal with in every way.

Smooth process to get it up and running
Samuel and James from Holly Electric did a great job throughout the install process. Explained the operation once it was up and running. Heather did a great job of keeping me updated through the entire process from quote to install. This unit replace an smaller generator that was only able to run a few appliances and lights. Nice to have whole house comfort now. Have a 250 gallon propane tank to ensure we can weather through a hurricane or sever storm.

Great features, reliable and looks good outside the house
Mike, Aiden, Damon and Andrew from Adam's Electric did a super job of the installation and cleaned up everything. I'm susceptible to outages being out in the country with many trees around and I love the reliability of a Generac unit backing up my home.

Good product
The generator is good. The installers were below average. I’ve spent an additional ~$500 to repair the damage they did. They also gave me wrong information about mobile link.
