Very nice with a few querks
This is a very nice pressure washer. I like the electric start although sometimes if the motor fires once or twice but does not start, the starter motor spins for about 10 seconds and you cannot try to start again until it stops. Not a big issue, just one quirk. The hose hanger kinds sucks.I don't use it.
The pressure sprayer wand works well. I like the trigger, but the shape of the handle caused a blister on my thumb knuckle. Picture attached. This caused me to wear gloves while using it.
All in all, it is a nice machine.

As powerful as a gas engine
After dealing with a gas engine power washer for years, I decided to go with this electric washer. I was surprised by the power and convivence this washer has. It is as powerful as a gas engine, there is no hassle with oil changes and dealing with gas, and can be stored in the warmth of my basement for the winter. My old power washer was stored in a shed because of the gas and the pump froze and cracked. This will not happen with this. Only used this twice so far, but very happy with the results.

Replacement
I had a coleman powermate 6250w ran great. I hope this generator does as good or better than the coleman. The Generac is more powerful and more quite. The design is better and came with wheel ,handle kit, electric start, oil, 20A cord, and funnel.
I'm impressed with the ease of functioning especially starting. The pull start is easy enough my wife started it only using one hand. The electric start works great as well the with just a push of button. I plan to use this generator to power my home in power outage. The coleman could not handle but small amount and wouldn't satisfy my wife. She wants hot bath and we have electric water heater and wants to cook on electric stove plus watch TV. I done lots of research and couldn't find another generator like generac. The new appliances are sensitive to THD level and generac is less than five percent. Generac noise level is low also has three year residential warranty. Where live in a rural area we have power outages a lot all times of the year. Winter time we have been without electric for two weeks solid snow and ice storm and bitter cold

It powered the home for 7 1/2 Days
I bought this generator to power the home during those temporary power outages due to thunder storms.
Then Hurricane IAN devastated our part of SW Florida.
It was September 30, and I couldn't even go outside to set up and start the generator until 11 PM, when the winds dropped to 50 MPH.
I bought the General GP-17500 to make sure, "IF", I ever ran the generator for a couple of days, it would have power capacity to spare.
This generator powered the entire home for 7 1/2 days. I shut it down during the afternoon to cool it off, check the oil, and fuel it up for the overnight operation.
And yes, I changed the oil and oil filter two times within the 7 1/2 days.
Me being me, I even placed/positioned two floor fans to move air across the unit to ensure full cooling of the engine and generator.
Like in tornado areas, once IAN caused its damage, the weather in SWFL was incredibility perfect. Low humidity, Low Dew-point, cooler than normal hovering around 75 all day, and cooler at night, for the next 12 days.
I had wired this generator to back feed the electrical panel though a mechanical interlock and a 50 amp breaker. The main breaker must be moved to the off position, then the mechanical interlock plate is moved up, allowing the 50 amp breaker to be turned on.
And when we needed hot water, we would turn off the home AC, then switch on the electric hot water heater for about 45 minutes, then the hot water heater was switched off again.
We did not want to test the full power capacity of the generator, but it powered the two home AC units, the well pump, and when needed, the clothes washer and electric clothes dryer. Here too, we always powered down other high current devices like the AC units, and hot water heater, when washing and drying our clothes.
For a "portable generator" bought to power the home for a few hours when a thunderstorm and winds temporarily knocked out the local power company feed, this generator performed well beyond expectations.
Our next purchase will be a Generac backup Home standby generator. We now want this style unit so when there is a power disruption, the generator will taker over automatically, and I don't need to send my wife outside with the flashlight, instructions on how to position, connect and start up this unit.
(Yea, listen to my big talk here. I do all of this, moving, connection and starting, but now see the wisdom of a built in home standby generator, since we recently moved to SW Florida
I will start by getting a propane tank sunk into the ground, our HOA rules require this, and once in, we'll order the Generac unit with transfer switch.
And "NO" we will keep the portable generator for a bit as a portable back-up generator to next to be installed backup home generator.
I figured it was time to give feedback to those still on the fence.

M22 15mm. Really???
Tractor Supply censored my review (they’re who I purchased the GC2700W model # 8888 from) so I will leave my review here. I’m pretty disheartened they did that, I thought they were better than that.
I prefer to be honest, regardless of whether or not that benefits the company who made or is selling a product.
So, I’m getting to the Generac model # 8888 GC2700W.
M22 15mm. Some people will know what that means others like me (before this purchase) will not. The M22 is the thread measurement for the hose attachment to the machine and to the spray gun. Now, the 15mm is the size of the insert that has tha little washer attached and slips into the fitting so to make a water tight seal when the M22 threads are tightened down.
If you may ever want to add any aftermarket accessories in regards to hoses or different style of spray gun such as a shorter style for washing close up, then keep reading.
All other common pressure washers use 14mm for hoses and spray guns. What this means for is that we the consumer need to find on the internet and adapter for 15mm to 14mm so that this pressure washer works with everyone else’s hoses and spray guns. Pick up (2) adapters. One to connect to the main unit and one to connect to the spray gun (that comes with this package). Then you can use a 50’ (or longer) hose from other manufacturers. The 25’ hose that comes with this package from Generac is very nice. I have an older Ryobi and the hose that comes with the Generac is 2x better.
Anyway, hope you leaned something and hopefully Generac won’t be such a chicken like Tractor Supply and prevent an honest review from being shared.

Missing part
I just bought a 9200. It was easy to assemble and it works fine. The problem is that the 20 feet 20 amp cord was missing. Customer center was nice and shipped me …the wrong part, a key woodruff. I hope that I will finally get the correct part.
