TO UPDATE PRODUCT FIRMWARE, FOLLOW THESE EASY STEPS:

1.  Install, commission and register PWRcell system - reference the Quick Start Guide.

2.  Verify that the system is connected to the internet.

3.  If commissioning the system during business hours (8AM-8PM ET, M-F) Call 1-855-395-7841 for immediate firmware update.

4.  If commissioning outside of business hours, fill this form to receive an automatic firmware update.

Your request will be serviced in the order that it is received and the update will be completed within 24hrs.
