Generac Makes Presence Felt at MEE Trade Show

Representatives from Generac | Tower Light attended the Middle East Electricity trade show from 1 to 3 of March to display a variety of products at the company’s indoor booth. With the help of dealers, Atlas Telecom and United Motors & Heavy Equipment, Generac Mobile Products presented a variety of light towers, mobile products, portable generators and automatic standby power solutions.

The Middle East Electricity event is a prominent platform for manufacturers in the power industry. Producers from over 100 countries take part in the event to promote their products and services in an exhibition dedicated to networking, business development, and sharing of the industry’s newest innovations.

2016 Generac Dealer Conference an Overwhelming Success

Once a year, Generac brings its distributors and dealers together to discuss annual goals, provide comprehensive training, and recognize outstanding achievements of those who help promote the company’s success. Held at the Hard Rock Hotel in Riviera Maya, Mexico, this year’s event featured training sessions for dealers to improve their customer support and sales strategies. International dealers from all over the world were also invited to attend a tour of Generac’s Ottomotores facility in Mexico City, where presentations on company initiatives, products and financing were provided by the facility’s staff.

Other events at the conference included breakout sessions on business metrics and marketing by various business leaders at Generac. Many also partook in a special session in which Generac President and CEO, Aaron Jagdfeld, who discussed the state of the company and its global direction.

Attended by over 1,200 Generac dealers from around the world, the success of this year’s event inspired dealers and distributors for what is to come in 2016.

Generac Continues Growth in Europe and Africa

Youngman Richardson & Co., a Generac dealer located in New Zealand, recently placed an order of 30 VT-Hybrid light tower models for local distribution. Featuring a hydraulic lifting system and 340° telescopic mast rotation, the VT-Hybrid unit only requires refueling once every 715 hours of operation. By lowering operating costs and limiting carbon emissions, the VT-Hybrid is quickly gaining traction as a reputable lighting solution in the industry.

Honoring this agreement bodes well for Generac|Tower Light, as the company continues to explore new avenues for continued growth.
