5 mos still no service
I ordered mine in July. It installed Nov 10th. Arrived with dynamo gouged and scratched. My new 26kw would not start up. Waiting on new part to replace my new part. I'm told 2 weeks on part replacement. If I'm lucky we will be looking at 5 mos. from purchase to service. That is pretty poor. Come on Generac, get your act together.

Awesome Product
Awesome machine, very quiet, does exactly as advertised, whish I'd gotten it sooner, Definitely a 5 star product. Would recommend to anyone looking into getting a Back Up Generator.

Horrible quality control
The wiring connections were mislabeled so the electrician had to spend hours with product support to figure it out. It actually came from the factory with the control wire connection points mislabeled. This additional time really increased the cost of the install.
This 24kW doesn't run my tools as well as the 7kW Honda I had. Never should have switched to a Generac that is rated with 3 times as much output.
Never get Generac'ed again.

I gave it a 4 star because I haven't had to use the services yet. The installation process was done very professionally and in a timely manner. Had an issue with initial startup of the generator but got everything going smoothly. I did find the wifi connections a little difficult but finally got it connected later the next day. I would recommend Generac to anyone.

Total Power Solutions installed ours in 2 days. Didn’t have to wait for months like the bigger dealers. Runs our 2000sq ft house completely. Looks great. Feel secure knowing we are protected from power outages. The houses now depend on wi fi and even medical equipment. We live in a hurricane area and get freezes too. Glad we got this.

Excellent generator and installation
TEXXAS POWER LLC did an amazing install and setup on my 26kw unit. Bill, Seth, Nick, and Keith were very professional, on time, and really showed they care about their customers! I highly recommend this company!
