To use this feature, add your company's Generac Dealer ID to
the company details page on PWRfleet.

FILE A MICROINVERTER SERVICE CASE

This form should only be used for submitting cases related to Chilicon microinverters. All other submissions must go through PWRfleet. Please see the banner and links at the top of the page.

*Required Fields.

In order to be eligible for reimbursement, you must follow guidance in Service Information Bulletin SIB22-02CE, including:

  • Replace all R801/RS801A SnapRS devices on the roof with RS802 devices
  • Provide photo of all SnapRS devices removed with each label clearly visible
  • Submit your claim in GenService within 90 days

Generac will issue a control number for reimbursement of valid SnapRS RMA requests
